Creative, fun, and informative! This book is chock full of first memories from literally all over the world, as is the website and social media. I found it fascinating to learn how memories are formed and it helped me understand myself, especially the connections with emotions, smells, tastes, and more. The international aspect of this book comes at a time when there is special need for all of us to connect and understand each other. A pleasure to read and I appreciated seeing the information backed by science in the references and acknowledgments. The book and cover simply sparkle with creativity and personal touches!
